Oscar Galea, the timeless jewellery

 
Oscar Galea is an andalusian artist and designer creating contemporary jewelry in Bordeaux. First a musician, Oscar has alternatively studied fine arts in Spain.
 
 
Since then, he hasn’t stopped creating jewelry for his own pleasure. Following his arrival in France in 2006, his passion for jewelry design took over and became his primary interest.
 
 
The artist designs bold, modern and timeless jewelry which appeals to both women and men.
 
 
Oscar Galea works exclusively with an aluminium and magnesium alloy originating from the aviation industry which gives his work an uncommon and simple elegance. The metal is sculpted into jewelry with pure shapes that follow the sublime movement of the body.
The metal-alloy causes no reaction when placed in contact with the skin and doesn’t oxidize.
 
 
Each piece is imaginated by Oscar Galea. Architecture,organic forms, feminine silhouettes - or even mechanical -everything is a pretext to imagine forms and assemblies that seek to recreate the intimacy of his studio.
