Geometry, optical illusion, and photography inspire my work. I’m captivated by how shapes interpolate creating intriguing visual effects. These are captured in my Geometry collection, where dots, triangles and other elements are strongly enhanced, complementing the mirror and matte finishes, and the oxidised elements that create drama in the designs. My second collection “Postcard” is based upon photos I take while walking around the city, particularly while crossing bridges. I am inspired by the views the city and country offer. My aim is to merge photography into jewellery using photo-etching techniques as well as incorporating gemstones and playing with finishes to create a 3D effect.
